Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Supervisor based in Mulshi. The Field Supervisor will oversee and manage pest control operations, ensuring that services are carried out effectively and efficiently. Key responsibilities include supervising field teams, coordinating with clients, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, and maintaining quality service standards. The Field Supervisor will also contribute to operational planning and on-ground problem-solving to support service excellence.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership, team management, and coordination skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills to interact with clients and team members
- Knowledge of pest control techniques, safety protocols, and operational best practices
- Ability to plan, organize, and solve problems effectively in on-site scenarios
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in pest management, operations, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in fieldwork and operational roles is a plus
- Willingness to travel within assigned areas when required
