We are looking for an ambitious and hardworking front office associate to join our team!

  • Greet and welcome guests
  • Attending Incoming & Outgoing Calls
  • Manage Guest requests, inquiries, and complaints promptly and completely
  • Supervise the efficient operations of reception including check in/out procedures
  • Assigning rooms to guests and informing them of any specials offered by the hotel
  • Organizing transport services for guests at their request
  • Providing guests with information about the hotel

Education Qualification

  • Degree or diploma or any other equivalent qualification.

Experience

  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role

Salary

  • Salary (in Rupees) : 12000 to 20000 – not a constraint for right candidate

Prerequisites

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Well-presented and professional appearance
  • Competency with Microsoft Office
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Must have flexible hours
  • Problem-solving skills
