We are looking for an ambitious and hardworking front office associate to join our team!
- Greet and welcome guests
- Attending Incoming & Outgoing Calls
- Manage Guest requests, inquiries, and complaints promptly and completely
- Supervise the efficient operations of reception including check in/out procedures
- Assigning rooms to guests and informing them of any specials offered by the hotel
- Organizing transport services for guests at their request
- Providing guests with information about the hotel
Education Qualification
- Degree or diploma or any other equivalent qualification.
Experience
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role
Salary
- Salary (in Rupees) : 12000 to 20000 – not a constraint for right candidate
Prerequisites
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Well-presented and professional appearance
- Competency with Microsoft Office
- Excellent customer service skills
- Must have flexible hours
- Problem-solving skills
